I have always loved spicy foods and have used my fair share of hot sauces.

Tabasco Sauce has always been a favorite and can be found in most restaurants and grocery stores. 

This video shows the process of making Tabasco Sauce from growing and selecting the peppers to the end of the production line.

It is a very interesting process that involves no cooking and takes over three years per batch!
