Woman Builds A Real Underground "Hobbit" Village

Kristie Wolfe is no stranger to building houses and after her successful attempt at building a treehouse for $11,000 in Hawaii she started searching for a new project. 

She had always wanted to build a "Hobbit"-inspired village and so she started the search for a perfect setting to accomplish this. 

Her search led her to five acres on a remote hillside in Washington state above Lake Chelan. 

It is here that she made her vision a reality and started work on the underground village.
