Is Your Dog Or Cat Left-Handed (Pawed)?

Cat with left paw raisedSomewhere around 10 percent of humans are left-handed, but what about dogs and cats? 

There have been several studies done using many different animals to see if they prefer one hand (or paw, or eye, etc.) over another. 

Researchers not only looked at dogs and cats, but apes, monkeys, kangaroos and even fish, among others! 

These studies have had some very interesting results, but as usual they seem to create even more questions. 

This short, but interesting, DNews video explores the results of some of these studies and the new questions that they create.
